CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS

Check-In procedure is subject to change. Pre-registered attendees will receive final instructions via email 1 week prior to the event. Same-day registrants should check back here for final instructions after April 1st.

  • Vehicle check-in begins at 6:30am at the corner of East 2nd Street & East D Street, Benicia CA 94510. 

  • Check-in closes at 8:45AM – you will not be allowed to enter or move your car after 9:00AM. 

  • Car show ends at 3:00PM – you will not be allowed to leave nor move your vehicle before 3:00PM.

  • There will be street closures up-and-down 1st Street and neighboring side streets, follow these directions to get to the check-in area: Exit East 5th Street from I-780, Head towards the water, Turn right on East H Street, Then a left turn on East 2nd Street

  • If you have a preferred parking location, we recommend arriving as early as 5:30AM to line up. We cannot reserve parking spots and parking spots cannot be saved. Car clubs must check-in as a group in order to park together. The city has asked that you do not rev your engines while in line.

  • The 1st Street Green is in close proximity to an environmentally sensitive area. If you have a vehicle that you know requires drip trays please bring these items.

  • You will receive a physical dash placard in the mail.  Please have the dash placard on your dashboard before arriving.  

  • After you park your vehicle, join us for a complimentary breakfast.  Please pick up your tickets at the t-shirt/registration booth near the entrance to the green.  You can also pick up your pre-ordered t-shirt at the booth.   Check the time on your breakfast tickets as there will be staggered eating window times.
